Offline notepad that works without a connection

Typehall is an offline notepad: after one successful online visit installs the app's cached assets, opening it with no connection still gives you the full editor. Writing, organizing notes into folders, tagging, searching, and exporting all work offline because there is no backend application to reach.

How offline mode works

• Visit once while online so the app shell and its assets are cached.
• Optionally install it to your home screen or dock from the Settings panel.
• Your notes live in your browser's on-device database, not on a server.
• Reconnecting changes nothing — there is nothing to sync and nothing queued.

Honest limits

The very first visit needs a connection to download the app. Notes stay on the device where you wrote them — moving text between devices still means exporting a file yourself. And as with any browser storage, clearing site data removes local notes, so keep a backup of anything important.
